The cleaners do a good job and the rooms and bedding are spotless. Theres lots of male staff here 24 hours a day but they just seem to be sat at the desk on computers. We've been here for 3 days and nothing has improved. I find this disappointing as the hostel is really cool and in a great location, and a lot of these issues seem like they could be resolved fairly quickly but they just arent being done. The stairs are covered in dust and now so are our bags which were underneath them. There are no locks or latches on any of the toilets and showers on any of the floors and there were previously. Theres also only one light working in the upstairs womens toilets so theres barely any light at night time. I think there was just one mens loo that could be used and at least 2 of the womens are out of order too. The air conditioner in our room was the same, although the leak was not as bad.

Currently the communal room air conditioner is leaking very heavily, Im talking buckets full of water which frequently overflows on to the tiled floor. The place seems to have deteriorated a lot in that time. The other visits here have been great and our previous visit was only about 3 months ago.
